Cancellation policy

Subscription purchases automatically renew at the delivery interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date without a cancellation fee.

Manage your subscription through the Manage Subscription link in your customer account, or contact us at contact@amelivo.shop. Requests received after a renewal has already been processed apply to the next scheduled renewal. Orders that have already been processed may still qualify under our 120-day money-back guarantee and return and refund policy.

Recurring orders are charged to the payment method saved at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before the first order and may apply to future renewals. We will notify you of material changes to subscription pricing or terms as required by law.
